Refund policy
We're a small business and we make our birds to bring joy and brightness into your life. With that being said, we want you to be 100% over the moon with your bird(s). Because of this, we offer a 90-day return and refund policy as long as it is normal wear (think dirt or minor scratches).
To start a return, you can contact us at gardengirlncinfo@gmail.com with a picture of the item you'd like to return. From there we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right ASAP! If you see any issue, please take a picture or video of it and email us at gardengirlncinfo@gmail.com and let us know if you'd like a refund or for us to expedite a replacement free of charge to you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (usually within 5 business days), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
