We so appreciate your order!

Once it’s placed, it’s in great hands (mine!) to quickly and compassionately help it fly the nest and into its new home.

All orders are processed within no more than 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email and shipped from zip code 28607. You'll receive another notification when your order has shipped that contains the tracking details.

Standard Shipping:
In terms of our standard shipping (both free and paid), based on where you are, we use either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. When you checkout, the estimates are based on the USPS and UPS zones, which I've also shown below for your convenience.

Express Shipping:

For faster shipping options, you can also select from UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Priority Mail Express. These rates and timelines are automatically brought into the site and are current.
